Companies are so stupid. I actually like T-Mobile a lot, but policies like this are built on the legal system we have here in the US. Really.
Without the amount of needless litigation in this country, nobody would be bending over backward to issue $0 invoices or other wasteful stuff.
THAT - lawyers and stupid laws - is something I would love for you to cover in an upcoming post.
