Love is in the dish

What says "love" better than a nutrition-vacant bowl of cliches?
Actually, I have something special planned for Wifely Wiferson. Let's see if it works.

Does she read this blog? If so, I won't put my thoughts here because I'm a good guesser and might reveal the surprise. Especially with only a little over a week until your birthday.

What I will say is having candy...even candy that has a hard exterior...out in a dish for all to grab at is one supreme way to spread syphilis and other diseases.

What? Having a spoon in the dish helps? Hardly. Don't you think that most people are just pawing through the bowl of candy when the spoon is too small to garner them a sufficient gulp of sugar? I do.

And in this case...hearts that have sayings...I think people are more prone to paw around as they are looking for good sayings. That's the same reason most people break fortune cookies apart and then steal the good fortunes.

This is a healthcare and community and societal fail on a grand scale.

I cry for the wasted candy and the death.
